We are home.

I won't say the flights back were fun, but hey, they got us here. We are home, safe, have our luggage (since it wasn't checked, it couldn't easily go astray) and are very, very tired.

My famed ability to sleep on an airplane whether I want to or not is not able to defeat slightly-drunken very loud and rude lady in the row behind talking and laughing through the whole flight, alas. Ahwell.

I presently have a cat crouched on my lap, where I scooped her to when I sat down, but I think I'm about to move her again so I can go fall over into bed.
