I got a daycare center. I got gifts. I got kitty cuddles. I got treated to a wonderful brunch. I got taken out to dinner by my husband. I got to level 73 in World of Warcraft.
I got a nasty cold.
I'm not so happy with the last item, but oh well. It is what it is. Scott is very nicely doing some of "my" chores while I sit still and feel sorry for myself. I would do something more useful, but I haven't got the energy. Bleh. I do have a mug of tea, though.
I haven't processed the photos from the baby shower yet. Or done several other things. I will - eventually - but I think for now I will drink hot tea and rest. Because I totally lack brain and focus, sadly.

If you're congested, may I recommend a Neti pot of some variation? It's the only way I survived several sinus infections while pregnant with Leo, since I wasn't allowed to take my preferred pseudoephedrine for decongestion purposes.

Also fortunately, I can take decongestants - Sudafed PE (not regular Sudafed with pseudoephedrine, though!) is okay during pregnancy, per my doctor. This is good, 'cause otherwise I'd be even more unhappy about this.

So jealous that you have pharmaceutical solutions, though. I wasn't allowed anything other than IBU during my pregnancies.
