I feel humbled. I was complaining that it was 78 yesterday. It's amazing how fast I can get used to being home and not out in the desert, or the deep south.
I had just started at Tektronix. It got over 100 several days in a row. Of course Tek even back then didn't have infinite electrical power so they cut the air conditioning to some manufacturing buildings (where I was) so that building 50,where the executives , IC processing and the mainframe computers could be cool.
