You know, it's always interesting when your scene partner idles for over a half hour without warning. You wonder if they lost connection, f'rex, or if they just hate you.

Or if maybe, just maybe, they've gone to watch tv or eat dinner without taking the tiny fraction of time it would take to let you know what's up.

I've had this done to me by people I barely knew, and people I rp'ed with regularly, and they all had one thing in common: they pissed me off by doing it. It's just rude.

By all that's holy, anything that isn't, and any desire you might have not to have me pissed at you, if you have to afk and it is not an emergency, take the tiny fraction of time it will take to tell me you are idling.

Bloody.... Also, don't start scenes with me a half hour before your favorite tv show, unless you warn me.

Only thing more annoying than someone not wanting to rp with you, is being told via behavior, they kinda like rp'ing with you, but not enough to warn you or consider your convenience and/or schedule in regards any interruptions they might expect. Or even enough, if an unexpected or forgotten interruption occurs, to tell you.

Idiots, idiots all. And thank you, to those of you (most that will read this!) who don't vanish without warning unless your connection's gone haywire, who don't come back after a too-long silence to explain you were eating dinner, watching tv, etc. (Phone calls are different. Phone calls interrupt. I still appreciate the people who spend the time to ooc nothing more than 'Phone.' so I know.)
