...but it was pleasant. The garbage went out; I got part of an inspection done; I quick-fixed two code bugs that Sunshine found on Ashes to Ashes (neither fatal, both annoying). I got another bit of history written for the character I'm toying around with; I got a scene in as Zulaikh, with another person in the fae-sphere (who apparently likes to share pretzels with cats - hee - the cats like it!).
I called my dad and we talked for ages and it was really cool. And I gave him the URL for here, so yes, it's absolutely playing to the audience when I say my parents are wonderful neat folks! (Hi, Mom and Dad! *grins*)
I read online journals, catching up. I waved at people. I read web sites I'd gotten behind on. I listened to the radio and danced around; I listened to CD's and sang along with them.
I greeted Scott when he got home, hugged him a lot, and then let him play his computer game and go rest (he seems to have had fun camping, but he also acquired a sunburn and was tired).
The pager still has not gone off.
Productive? Moderately, but not spectacularly. I didn't do most of the cleaning, and I didn't do any beadwork, and I didn't finish the building inspection. But it was PLEASANT, and that is, by golly, the point of a weekend. I was productive enough, considering all I got done the past couple days, and I'm recharged besides. Which is good, 'cause who knows until I get there what I'll face at work tomorrow.
Next week's our user's group. Here's hoping N. (fresh back from Poland as of today and working today so she could get tomorrow off to take her car to the DMV, and do some other errands) didn't find too many bugs. Better yet, here's hoping she didn't find any.
