Observation 1: commenting out four in-use typedefs in a header file (in order to find the instances, and replace them with a more general type) will cause the next compile to result in a bloody huge list of errors, truncated because it gets too long.

Observation 2: Ghiradelli milk chocolate with double chocolate filling is so good it doesn't really matter.
