Since lots of people will be away from their keyboards this weekend, it seems like a good time for me to do likewise. I suspect I'll still be updating here rather more frequently, however, since some folks' definition of "away from the keyboard" involves hundreds of miles and a convention. Mine involves going to the electronics store.

That's tonight. Scott and I are going to browse television sets, vcr's, etc. Time that we got back to the point where we can watch movies around here.... Well, maybe. We'll see, after I absorb the prices properly, whether I'm still gung-ho for this. I also want to get a 64-meg card for my digital camera. Since 32 has been sufficient to every need I've had so far, I obviously must have it, right? (Actually, there is a purpose: every need I've had so far has involved coming home at the end of the day and uploading it to my computer. And it has been close a couple times. With a total of three times that storage space, between the old card and the new card, I'll have a lot more leeway.)

I should be getting ready for work. Unfortunately, after I logged off last night, I picked up Mercedes Lackey's Serpent's Shadow and started rereading it. So I'm a wee bit tired. On the other hand, it's Friday. So it can't be too bad, right?

Right?

*bounces all over* Yay, yay, yay!

I have a 64-meg card for my digital camera. Almost 250 pictures at the smaller size, almost 80 at the larger, both on fine resolution. VERY cool.

Lens cover's not completely shutting again. Very not cool. On the other hand, they said that problem doesn't generally escalate to something else, and the last time it did it, it cured itself eventually. So this is good. I really don't wanna pay half the camera's cost in getting it fixed.

We looked at TV's. Saw one or two we liked. Didn't get them, of course. Gotta think about it first.

*bounces* I have more pictures to take. Yay!!

I'm currently planning to go roaming this weekend and just have fun, so this is a very cool time to have done that. And it didn't even cost all that much, considering what it is...turned out they were having a sale.
