Last night, I got the freehold on Ashes inspected. When I logged off, there was just the hospital on the pending queue. I was going to get it done, but I wanted a second pair of eyes for a question I had, and I was tired, so I called it a night. That thing looks awfully extensive...wow. *grins*

Haven't gotten much done today, I've been up less than an hour. Wish me luck, that I don't have to go into work (which I will if the CD's don't work when N. tests them).

I'd talk more, but the Windows client can't connect. I have to actually (gasp!) open the web page to write!

Scott ran the dishwasher last night; I unloaded it and washed the hand-wash items this morning. The hospital is approved and gridded (Avalanche and I did it together) on Ashes, meaning that when I logged out a bit ago, there were NO inspections pending.

N. called several times from work with questions but did not ask me to make a new CD despite the pitiful deficiencies of the current one: she wants her class (internal training, so our people) to learn how to troubleshoot buggy installs. I just hope they never need it again after this class....

Whee! Time to do my shopping (since I know she's done and shouldn't be calling any more), and then come back and rp. And maybe get a little more housework done. Heaven forbid I should be useful! :)

You know, I would just like to note, that I will feel a bit silly if I don't get 50,000 words on this, considering the massively unfair advantage I have?

I already had a two-week (over Thanksgiving, I admit - so only 8 extra non-work days) vacation scheduled next month. For which my only goal is to "have fun".

Hmmm....

Of course, the opposite of that is the rest of the time next month is crunch-time at work and if I'm really unlucky, it will eat into that vacation. But if it doesn't, and I still miss the word mark, I will feel silly.
