Got an email about internal troubleshooting sent out to all the techs at our company (ref one of our own products). Very clear and precise. Ended with "Hope this helps."

I winced. Heh. You know you've been doing support on lj too long when....

*sigh* Come on, come back.

I clicked on the wrong item in Outlook, for an attachment. Okay, minor issue, right? Just delete and attach the right thing.

Except, (A) apparently Outlook copies the stupid thing when you attach it instead of waiting until you send, and (B) the file I accidentally clicked is a 300-meg zip of backup data. I'm not very amused.

Er. Huh.

Sign that it's time to be nice to yourself, take an evening off, veg, sleep early:
