Er, no, my internal timeclock is very good, and it gets me up at 8 on weekends. And it doesn't know from daylight saving time.

I'll adapt within a week, I'll just be careful for this week to go to bed on time or a bit early even if I don't feel like it, and be careful driving of a morning, but.... Geesh.

Why do we still follow daylight saving time? (Well, those of us who do - some areas of the U.S. don't, lucky them.) It doesn't really serve any purpose that I can see in today's world. And auto accidents go up in the week following, as I understand the statistics, pretty significantly. Which should really be no surprise to anyone.

Oh, well. Here we are, here I am, and I got up at ... 9. Whee. Well, I got plenty of sleep, at least.

I think in a bit (like, enough of a "bit" for them to open), I'll try walking down to the thrift store and browsing the clothes, just to see if I can find anything business-ish in the way of a shirt that actually looks decent for me.

Or maybe I won't, who knows.

Yay! It's a day!

Actually, it's been a good one. Got the scene I had been hoping for yesterday, and a bonus scene with the same player on top of it, which was very cool. Helped with one piece of mush code (well, I think I confused about as much as I helped, but hey...), and wrote another (simple) one on my own. Did some work (I need Monday afternoon off for the inspection, gotta make it up piece-wise...two hours today will make the rest of the week less painful.)

Scott did the dishes. I'll count that as partially my achievement, because I begged for forks. ;) Seems like most of my friends have had a decent day, too - always a plus.

I didn't go to the store, mostly 'cause I decided I didn't really need to. I did go for a walk, though. And no pages yet all weekend!

Now, more code, and then bed. Blah. Either I have a minor cold or my allergies are in overtime, 'cause I definitely feel blah and stuffed up, but that's dealable. Hee. Hyper Laura.
