It's time. He's earned it, and more than. Doesn't mean I won't correct him if he checks in wrong things, and doesn't mean he won't check in wrong things. But it does mean he's good enough that the costs and benefits weigh pretty strongly in favor of such checkins, except where major/difficult alterations are involved.
