Balancing acts, and I guess I'm not that tired...yet.

I slept fitfully last night, and I really thought today was going to be rough. Maybe it is, later.

I got to work to find I had about 2 priority issues to resolve per team member I have (counting myself) than I'd had on Friday. All of which need to resolve by the end of the week. Fortunately, most of them are easy issues. Then one of the team called in sick; he had the flu last night and this morning.

So, I reassigned his issues to someone else, and I now have a double-load of things to fix. Maybe triple, if you go by sheer numbers, but several are fairly easy. That should keep me free to fight other issues that arise - or, where those issues must go to some team member in particular, to pick up what that person was working on.

I'm definitely tired. But I'm not, apparently, non-functional-person levels of tired.

That's a good thing. I only hope I still feel that way later today. *wry grin*
