Well, that was fun. And good morning.

I think my body decided I was a terrible slacker, because I really just couldn't stay asleep. Of course, to my body, this is almost 8:30 - last week it was almost 9:30. Bah, I'll get tired early tonight; but this morning it gives me an extra hour, so I guess it balances.

I came in with my dog mask. I've seen no one else in costume except M. - who did his face up as a fleshy zombie. It's really cool. It's early, though. Neither J nor N (both of whom tend to dress up) is here, nor is R (his first Halloween in the office), nor several other people. So - waiting to see what happens.

It's strange to be here, after the east coast, where the trees that weren't bare were mostly colors. There's still a lot of green here - not just the evergreens, but the paler greens of the deciduous trees, too. Which is pretty.

I'm not entirely awake yet. Trying to set up to do some diffs so a fix can go in. Meh.

Whee. Happy Halloween....

I should get to go home soon, but I think even if we got any trick or treaters this year (our new neighborhood seems more likely for them!) that I will have missed them all, and that's a pity.
