Trip to the art museum.

I went downtown today, to the art museum. Cost of parking: $1. Cost of admission: $10.

I spent about $9 too much, and it wasn't on the parking, which was cheap. The exhibit they had looked fascinating. Alas, everything about it that was fascinating? Was in the ads. Bah. But I had a good time walking around downtown and taking pictures. Oh well. About every other time I go to the museum (which is rarely), I regret it, so it's not a huge surprise.

But hey, I had fun with a camera. The parking was definitely worth it. ;)

The only ting I really miss about the D.C. area is the Smithsonian museums. Free entry, good exhibits (usually), and just a few bucks to take the Metro into town.
