Through all of this, I find myself wanting to cry - not at the events themselves, which are almost too large to encompass, but at the little stories among them. Especially the ones that end well, with someone alive and safe.

*rueful smile* That's because there are relatively few bright spots in all of this, and some of them probably want their privacy. It's also because our media is all too aware that terror sells.

I'm sorry to see them "helping" these people by playing up and winding up the news, though.
