Okay, so it's not that bad. But we're up to two offices that have the phones out or nearly out ("sometimes we can get 1 line in and out, but if you need something, page me at...I'll call you and find out who you need to talk to")....
It's a Bad Phone Week at work, I guess. At least they're satellite offices. It could be our two main offices, and then it would be affecting over 100 people (probably well over, but I don't have the breakdown handy) instead of maybe all of 25....
