Just got back from a very nice walk after work, but that's not what I'm glowing about. Got a voice mail left by our realtor. The sellers of the house have agreed to move the closing (funding/recording) back a week as we asked. The items we requested they fix have already begun to be addressed by a licensed contractor.

I am very happy.

Congrats! So we can start delivering all the stuff you have here about the 27th? --- the ice cream maker and the fondue set and all the boxes in the cabinets and the basketball hoop I never put up and.... :-)
