This has been a good day, so far. I had forgotten how good banana-pineapple taste is. Nummy. Now, if I could only get it in more affordable ways...stupid expensive things. ;)
My parents rock. They're loaning us more boxes, styrofoam coolers, and lots of brown paper bags to help with the move. I now have 13 grocery bags of books in my trunk (big trunk; if I didn't have my roadside first aid kit, jumper cables, spare oil, etc., back there, it would be 16, maybe 17 bags).... And more in the house waiting to go. (I'd staged those in the downstairs bathroom. We can't deliver them 'til Tuesday night, but I really wanted my bathroom back before then.)
Still much more un-done than done, but hey. It's progress, even so, and fairly good progress, I guess.
And I'm getting to scene. I adore this character, I really do. She's such a stubborn twit. (I wonder if she'll give her teachers ulcers. Nah, they're probably fairly used to stubborn twits, in their line of work.)
Hope work isn't too bad tomorrow. The weekend's definitely been good.
