Got three scenes in on two different games, with three different characters. Plus a bit of ooc negotiating on one of the characters involved, with someone else (which made the scene possible). My characters are moving forward, growing, heading toward retirement in one case (that path may still be stopped - I don't expect to be, don't even really want it to be, but if it's IC, I may have to find something else to do with her after all).
And I wasn't a total slacker, either. I cleaned out the cubbies above my desk, the drawers in it (boy did I find some interesting - and old! - stuff in there), and the area around and about 3/4 of the area under the bed.
Not too shabby, really, though I probably could have done more. I think I'll have a full load to take over tomorrow morning, just from that, plus there's other stuff that can easily go if it's ready. Oh, and I packed up some more stuff from the craft room. Oh, and emptied all but one of the drawers in the dresser in the bedroom (Scott's drawer - what, don't I need things from the dresser? Well, no, today was laundry day and it's all over the bed - but now I can get it off the bed--).
Tomorrow I need to pay the bills, call the phone company about getting DSL turned on at the new house prior to our actually making the switch over there, and haul a load of stuff over there. More packing is also called for, I suppose.
Tonight? Tonight, I need to get sleep. I should've been in bed an hour or more ago. But it was a good day. I only got two calls on the after-hours cell, and neither a live-site issue (we had a site in functional testing today, don't ask, I don't know).
