1. What is your name? Laura

2.What color pants are you wearing right now? Grey.

3.What are you listening to right now? The squeak of the little fan swinging back and forth; the hum of computers.

4.What are the last four digits of your phone number, mobile or home? Um, sadly I don't know this yet. I keep forgetting the new number.

5.What was the last thing you ate? Saltines & lentil soup.

6.If you were a crayon, what color would you be? I'd be one of those swirly ones that has several colors and is impossible to write anything legible or reasonable with. It would have a vivid sky blue, a brilliant purple, and a grass green in it at a minimum.

7. Where do you plan to go on your honeymoon? Not planned yet.

8. How is the weather right now? Cloudy, not quite raining though it was earlier, windy, cool. Those clouds are darkish and moving fairly quickly.

9. Last person you talked to on the phone? Herman, from Hevanet, who called to tell me my DSL was back on.

10. What's the first thing you notice about a person of the opposite sex? Depends. Online? The rhythm of their words (unless their spelling and grammar are really atrocious). Offline? Hair or face, depending.

11. Do you like the person that sent you this? No one sent me it. But I like the people I've seen post it.

12. How are you today? Doing pretty good on balance, but a bit sulky. I got laundry done, and I got roleplay; I'm pleased by those scenes. But I really wanted (ala a spoiled five-year-old) to play a particular character, and this didn't happen. Nor did I have any cause to think it was guaranteed, I just wanted it. Whiny little brat syndrome.

13. Your favorite drink? Kern's Banana & Pineapple nectar. Mountain Dew a close second.

14. What's your favorite alcoholic drink? EW! No, take it away, ick. I guess really good Scotch...because I could give it to my parents and make it go AWAY.

15. How do you eat an Oreo? Eat the chocolate cookies off, then the icing. The icing's the good part, you eat the cookie because throwing it away would be too wasteful, so of course you want the icing-taste to linger. (More accurately, I don't. There are cookies whose entire taste I like, after all.)

16. Favorite sport, to watch? No. Make them go away.

17. What's the next CD you're going to get? Nothing currently planned, if I'd decided, I'd probably have it. Although...that depends on whether you count the Dungeon Siege install CD, which I'll probably try to pick up soonish. :)

18. Hair color? Light brown.

19. Eye Color? Hazel.

20. Do you wear contacts? Yep, alternating with glasses, depending on how tired I am (strain from contacts goes poorly with tiredness, IMX).

21. Siblings and their ages? Nope.

22. Favorite month(s)? Any that aren't too hot. November/December, since I get lots of time off (half our holidays, more or less, are in that timeframe).

23. Favorite food? Um. No fair - so hard to pick these. And I'm realizing, as I try to think of it, that I don't treat myself nearly often enough. Lemon chicken with rice, maybe. Or a good roast leg of lamb.

24. Last movie you watched: Spiderman.

25. Favorite day of the year? What a bizarre concept. Christmas, I guess. I get it off, and the stuff leading up to it is entertaining. Just don't make me go into a mall around that season.

26. Are you too shy to ask someone out? Nope.

27. Do you like scary or happy movies better? Happy.

28. Summer or Winter? Winter. (Preferably, actually, spring. Or fall.)

29. Hugs or Kisses? Depends on the person and the moment. Both, neither, or just hugs.

30. Chocolate or vanilla? BOTH! Chocolate, if it must be one, though.

31. Do you want your friends to write back? Always and to everything. Um, except maybe when I'm being an idiot. ;)

32. Who is least likely to respond? I think everyone else has already gone through this one.

33. Who is most likely to respond? See previous. ;)

34. Indigo Girls or Golden Girls? No, thanks. Lack of familiarity.

35. What is your current living situation? *BEAM* Living in our newly-purchased house! Half of what we need is packed somewhere we can't find it, and the other half is scattered all over everything. Well, okay, not quite all our stuff is in this state, just most. And I love it. Though I'll love it better post-unpacking.

36. Exercise outside or workout in a gym? I need to exercise more. Which means I need a club or gym membership because my allergies plus heat issues make outside exercise unlikely for a chunk of the year, and cold issues whap out another chunk of it.

37. "Friends" or "Survivor"? Nope, neither one.

38. What is the next thing you're going to do after you're done doing this? I suppose I ought to actually fold the rest of the laundry.

39. Work in a day care or a nursing home? Nope.

40. Average hours of sleep/night? Eight or nine, depending.

41. Average hours spent exercising/wk? Not nearly enough.

43. Hobbies/collections? Roleplaying. Beadwork. Tabletop fountain making. Poetry. Drawing. More roleplaying.

44. Favorite talk show? Not fond of talk shows, thanks.

45. Favorite dessert? Ghiradelli's chocolate squares.

46. Favorite animal? Cats.

47. Favorite thing to do? Honestly? Roleplay or daydream, and the line's a thin one.

48. Favorite magazine? Not really, any more. Used to be very fond of Beadwork, but it sort of gets repetitious after a while. Pyramid used to be better - I still like it okay, but the articles aren't as much to my taste any more. Etc.

49. Favorite author? No faaaaair! Can't pick just one. Neil Gaiman, Nina Kiriki Hoffman, Amy Thomson, Jane Lindskold,....

50. Best thing to do while bored? Roleplay! Oh, wait. I wouldn't be bored then. Laundry, or dishes. They need to get done anyway. Or, I could do one of these surveys.
