I'm awake. I wasn't sure I would be - scenes last night were very fun and I stayed up a bit late, but I am awake, and feeling fine.
Also? This morning I got my left contact in 'properly' for the first time in months. So being stubborn and trying to do it the right way every day was worth it - it'd be a lot easier if I could pull that off more often.
It's brilliantly sunny this morning, the grass in the pasture is almost yellow-green from the strength of the light. I'm leaning forward so I won't have the sun in my eyes as I type this, but looking out the window is glorious.
