So I went home from work early, with a sinus headache that wasn't yielding to medicine (I hate to think what I'd've felt like if I hadn't taken the decongestant & tylenol...). It wasn't so much pain, at that stage, as pressure, and a certain not-yet-dizzy feeling that was unpromising, and a total inability to concentrate.
I came home. It seemed wisest. And the headache got worse before it got better. I lazed around; I'm feeling better now, though still not wholly myself.
And, hey, when I felt a bit better but my brain was still not working, I did some cleaning in the living room. It's starting to look better again.
