I hope they get whatever's causing these "URL not found errors" to pop up. At least I know from the status page that they're aware of it. I actually wrote this around 8 am or 8:30, now I'm just trying to get it in.

I'm up way early, already getting a fun scene in, and watching birds hop around in the blackberry bushes on the slope opposite the house. I may have to take my camera out on the deck in a bit. Shots through the window are all well and good, but I want some clear shots of this sea of white flowers. The berries are in their "we are a pretty plant, really, don't kill us" phase of existence (but they're still pointy things occupying my back yard, and they are on the list to be whacked back a little - not removed, just cut back).

Slowly getting all my camera batteries recharged, now that I have a charger I can find. I hope I find the other one soon, then I can go through batteries like candy.... Hehe. Seriously. I have the set I used yesterday, and another, and then one set recharging that will be done tonight. Of four sets, three are ready for use, though I bet by tonight another will have been used up, at least. Hoping to take some pictures at my parents' house today, and while I can do it on wall power in the house, still need the batteries outside. Plus, I'd like to stop at the rest area on the Wilsonville Road on the way back, as long as Scott doesn't mind. If it's pretty, I may end up using more batteries up.

Yes, I'm camera-happy. Does it show? *g* The stuff outside the deck, I should be able to plug in inside the house for. If I don't walk too far. If I do, back to batteries.

I also got a load of laundry started, the last one that really needed to get done. All my new shirts are going to be clean. I'm wearing the one I got last weekend - more a casual than a business thing - when we go out to see my parents for father's day.

And I should probably take the Enya CD I snagged at the library back on the way. I don't want to forget that, it's actually due while I'm in another state, so....

Yes, this is me babbling about nothing at all, really. Just because I'm contented with it. It's a good day, so far.

I think it will stay that way.

I think I found those through a link in one of your other posts after I made this comment. It looks like you live in a great area. I love that meadow.

I don't have that problem with web space luckily. I have a friend who designs/hosts web sites and gives me all I need for free (bob.inet911.com). I also have a huge Grand Canyon web site (www.kaibab.org) and get all of the space for that for free too. That uses over a gig now I think but that's not a lot these days. Lot's of great photos on both of these sites if you have a few days to kill.

How do you pronounce "kyrielle" - is that a character of yours or something?

I actually pronounce it "kih-ree-ell" - it's just a name I made up that I thought sounded cool, because I couldn't think of a meaningful name I wanted, and I sure wasn't going to base it off my RL name enough to get a unique name.

I tend to come up with weird fakey fantasy-ish names wherever I need a login, but I like them, at least?

Actually, I've always sort of liked "Laura", but "Kyrielle" has a nice sound.

Emphasis added. Laura would've been cool. Note that laura had been around almost a year when I found and joined LiveJournal. Sorta precludes using that name. :)
