So, last night when I went downstairs to do various things and then get myself some dinner (around 7:30, after sitting like a tired lump), I had definite awareness that my lower back was no longer anesthetized in the vicinity of the former mole.

Which is to say that my waistband dragged across it a bit and it stung fierce. This subsided into a dull ache that was more 'awareness' than 'pain'. When I went to bed, I cleaned it, applied antibiotics, and covered it with the super-large bandaid (the kind with the 2"x2" pad area). Slept fine, even when I moved (cautiously) onto my left side. But as soon as I was up and about, discovered that leaning or doing anything that stretched it too far hurt.

Promptly tried to minimize it. I'm wearing my loosest-waisted pants, because I looked at all my dresses and skirts, and most would not be kinder to it than that, and none am I totally comfy wearing to work.

Nonetheless, tomorrow's choice will be rewear the pants, wear a skirt, or wear something with a tighter waistband. Thinking I might go skirt tomorrow anyway.

Whine, whine, whine. Not comfy. Not comfy at all.
