I broke into their corporate headquarters and hacked their Muzak tape, and I've found the subliminal message:

"You are getting sleeeepy... veeeeeery sleeeeeepy... when you hear the next Gloria Estefan song, you will forget your name... your new name is Rrrrrrrrraquel... Raquel P. von Schmecken... and when the operator comes on the line you will have no desire to change your flight... your call is so important to us... and you are getting sleeeeepy... veeeeeery sleeeepy..." ;)
