Well, it felt that way. Lots of software updates in the lab, lots of emails and administrative tasks, even an hour-long conference call (well, the call was three hours long, but I was only needed for the first hour).

Exercised. Came home, got not much done all evening.

I don't even know how to describe my day, except that it almost wasn't, even if the stuff at work is all good and sets the stage for actually accomplishing things tomorrow and so on.

I don't like days like that. It's so nice to be able to point to a day and say something good about it, something accomplished or seen or whatever. Today's most notable moment was frustration with a tool that I couldn't master, in an online game. That's not a stunningly memorable day.

Also, when I was exercising, I was watching Maury. See, the time period in which I am off work on a normal day these days? Coincides with Maury. Which is the station the exercise room is almost always tuned to, and there's generally someone else watching.

I am so thrilled.

Not.
