I had a bit of fun with this one.

Crushed under a bridge, building, or other large manmade structure, due to an earthquake or any other disaster, natural or not.

Drowning. Sorry, that sounds awful painful for a bit....

In fire. Don't care where it came from.

Strangulation. Stabbing. Being shot.

Extended painful sickness.

Explosion.

Car accident. Particularly if it's my fault. If I have to die in one, at least spare me the humiliation of everyone wondering why I did something stupid in my last minutes....

Suffocated.

Crushed by a toppling stack of books, comics, or other reading material. Double points if it was stuff I hadn't gotten around to reading yet.

Tripping and breaking my neck. Extra points if it involves tripping on something I could have picked up; more points still if it was something I'd tripped on previously, and thought, "I should pick that up."

Clawed to death by a wild bear.

Honestly? I want my death to be late, and fairly painless. What can I say?
