I went to see Zoolights tonight. 'Twas gorgeous. Needs about an hour or so, with no children in tow but a camera (I had to wait sometimes for people to pass, so it slowed me down; but I always made sure it was clear that the camera would wait - it's not like the lights were running away, after all), and not doing the train ride.
Even for zoo members, the train ride costs $2. I want to do it. There are things that you can only see from the train. But I would rather do it when I am prepared for more chill than I was tonight and with Scott by my side, so hopefully he'll be amenable to that on our Thursday trip.
I need dinner now - eek, late dinner. Then I'll see if the photos are any good. It will probably be tomorrow night before I upload any if any did come out, though.
