Photos!

I have uploaded some photos from my visit to my parents' house today; most are from their house but some are from the drive there or back. As usual, I took tons of photos on the hope that some would turn out; several cooperated. The photos are on Flickr. Some interesting ones:

Their cat Babe, with one of the toys I brought over.

Basta, a cat that I actually got many years ago and who has stayed with them, looking very relaxed.

I need to get one of those Flickr accounts. I also saw the pretty leopard, oh so regal!

That leopard was ever so impressive - and I really was that close to him - they have a glassed-in observation area, not large but it's there, and he was obligingly in front of it.

I'm rather fond of Flickr so far, although I'm wary of Yahoo having acquired them. I sometimes also wish I could beat the Flash out of the system, but that's just 'cos it stresses my laptop. ;)

And I saw the photo of terram. Looking very "Charlton Heston", there! (...in the role of "Moses" in "The Ten Commandments".) That's a mighty impressive "soup-catcher"

(But really...I'm just jealous cause I couldn't grow a decent beard if my life depended on it.)

They look so much like two of my cats. Stucco is our tuxedo, and Diana is our long-haired black imp. :>
