1. How many locations (dwellings) have you lived in?

6 or 7, depending on how you count them, I believe.

2. If you could place your dream home in any location, where would it be?

In a forest, near (but not right next to - easy walking distance) a creek with waterfalls, and a clearing out back, somewhere not too far from Portland but not within earshot of a major road either.

3. In terms of the act of moving: are you a packer or a box mover?

Mostly, I'm a whiner. After that, I'm a packer. I dislike moving....

4. What one item do you own that you absolutely hate to move?

One? *whines* Ummm...actually, our bed. Paid people to do the big furniture, don't regret it a bit. (It's a futon bed. Not really something we can take apart again - in theory yes, in practice no - but this means it tries to adjust itself into a futon couch when you're carrying it, usually at the worst possible moment.)

5. What's worse: the act of moving or a routine cleaning at the dentist?

The act of moving, by far. (I don't like routine cleanings at the dentist. But they last a much shorter time, require no real effort on my part, let me lie back, and don't result in my losing track of everything I own and might want to use for extended periods of time. There's really no comparison there.)
