1. Photo albums or picture frames?

Both. Photo albums for large pre-digital collections, picture frames for treasured things. And CDs and hard drives for the digital ones that don't require framing.

2. Digital camera, disposable, or point-and-click?

Yes. Though this omits non-digital non-point-and-click cameras, which seems unfair. I use digital by preference. It is more expensive initially, cheaper over the long run, and much rarer that I cannot take any more pictures. Plus I can delete the ones that don't work and reuse the space. :)

3. What facial expression (of yours) is usually captured in pictures?

Hmm. Neutral or an attempt at a small smile. I usually look like a dork if I smile widely when I pose, so I don't.

4. What's your favorite picture and why?

Impossible. I love so many photos - this is impossible to answer, truly.

5. Do you take the picture after you say "1, 2, 3", or after you say "2" and right when you say "3", or do you use another method or not count?

Not count. Then again, I don't do formal portraits ever, and only rarely do I take a picture that could be considered a portrait at all.

I love the topic of this Friday Five, but I wish they'd asked some questions that were a teeny bit more interesting. :) I agree with you about the digital camera over the others. It was strange for me to make that change, but I am SO happy I did! I love storing photos on my computer or cds and not having to print them up if I don't want to. It cuts down on resources, and the internet allows us to share pics with people anyway. That's also why I love Flickr so darn much. :)

I hope you have a nice weekend! I've been super busy, and will be away off and on for the next few weeks, but will try to check in here a little more frequently. :)

Perhaps that reflects the age of the person who created the poll, heh heh. Makes me feel really old!
