Friday Fives and whatnot

First - it must be fall, it's raining, it's pouring, it feels like Oregon. It's glorious. And I got the heck off the freeway on the way home because at nearly-six it was still packed. Way moreso than usual. Folks, this is Oregon. It rains. Why do we react like that is a shock every year? Adjust your driving, but not to 'park and put on the emergency break for fear the little drips will wash me away' please....

I actually needed an umbrella today! (Well, that or get soaked, but that counts.)
