But they accepted our offer on the house.

Thanks. So far so good; our offer was accepted exactly as stated. Inspection will be next Monday afternoon, and the paperwork is going forward. Our interest rate for our loan is locked in (up seemed more likely than down) and the appraisal can be scheduled once the inspection goes. Meep. So many details. But so far, so good!
